For the Playboy Channel, Buzzco brought more than 20 of their print cartoons to life for Playboy Late Night as well as dozens of bridges featuring LeRoy Neiman's Femlin character.
We had our choice of dozens, if not hundreds, of cartoons created for Playboy Magazine by world-famous cartoonists. The ones chosen were the ones that screamed out to be moved!
Vincent Cafarelli, master forger, managed to keep the style of each cartoonist with assistant Bryon Moore cleaning them up. Vincent Bell managed to keep the sexiness of the Femlin characters, ably assisted by Mike Baez.
My clearest memory was how long it took to get the films out of the lab until we learned to not slate them as labeled for Playboy. And we were doing work for Sesame Street at the same time!
