  • "Mermaid" for Chicken of the Sea Tuna - First psychedelic metamorphic animation. It won a gold medal for "Best in Show" at ASIFA.
  • "Loving Couple" for Contact - Won a gold medal for "Best in Show" at ASIFA.
  • "American Gothic" for New Country Corn Flakes - Highest scoring commercial ever. Won a gold medal for "Best in Show" at ASIFA.
  • "Nightmare" for Hanes - First watercolor rendering technique.
  • "Speakeasy" Breath Freshener. Utilized live photography of food items combined with animation.
  • "W.C. Fritos" for Frito-Lay - Initiated the W.C. Fritos spots to replace the Frito Bandito. This campaign ran 5 years with approximately 6 new spots each year.

  • "W.C. Fritos" for Frito-Lay - Produced and Directed approximately 10 additional commercials. Developed new techniques to better integrate live action and animation.
  • "Orange Bird" for Florida Orange Juice - Live action and animation spots featuring Anita Bryant and the Orange Bird.

1973-1982 Studio: Perpetual Motion Pictures, Inc.

Managed a production staff which created approximately 5 spots per month.

  • "Peanut Squadron" for Texas International Airlines. Developed multi-plane technique.
  • "Jungle" for Taylor Wines - Also used multi-plane technique.
  • "Aziza Make-Up" for Aziza. Initiated this series which ran for 5 years including print ad development.
  • "Punchy" for Hawaiian Punch. A live action and animation campaign featuring Punchy.
  • "Weekend" for NBC. A 90-minute weekly news show which ran from 1975 - 1979. Did concept development and animation for 2 - 1-minute editorial pieces per month.
  • "That Thing On ABC" - A comedy/variety show. Did concept development.
  • "Berenstain Bears" - 4 half-hour specials for NBC. Lead Animator on all shows.

Network Programming:

  • "Strawberry Shortcake in Big Apple City" - Syndicated half-hour special. Animation Director.

  • "Keep America Beautiful" for Hanes Hosiery. Created a "flying package" campaign for Slenderalls, Underalls, Coloralls, and Winteralls using the roto-scope process and airbrush renderings.

  • "Berenstain Bears Play Ball" for NBC. A half-hour special. Lead animator and production manager.
  • "Deck the Halls with Wacky Walls" for NBC. A half-hour special. Co-Animation Director.

  • ABC Network Interstitial pieces for "The Money Show."
  • HBO: interstitial animation featuring Buzz Beamer for "Sports Illustrated for Kids TV Sports Quiz".
  • "The Maltese Cat" a 6-minute short subject produced by Larry Spangler
  • "CD-101.9" 2 year campaign for NY jazz station.
  • "ABC Fun Facts" - A series of 20 PSA's starring Yakov Smirnoff.
  • "Sesame Street" - Over 15 different educational pieces covering various subjects including "Jake the Snake" a 1-minute piece chosen as a finalist in Ottawa Festival (also received Design Prize at ASIFA-East Awards).
  • "MTV: Sneak Preview Videos", MUNCHIES Title Sequence, "Weather" for The Movie Channel and "Astronaut" for Budget Gourmet. All of these spots received Merit of Distinction Award from Creativity.
