Michael Sporn was the first person of my generation that I met when I started working. We had parallel lives-- working commercially while trying to make our own movies.

After Vincent Cafarelli passed, Michael came to use a desk at Buzzco. I am so grateful that he included Vinny's collection of animation art in his "Splog"-- his animation blog. The Museum of Modern Art's Film Archive was ready to accept this animation art, but before we packed it up, it was Michael who could identify the pieces. It took months and he had the persistence to do it.
